Appointments are recommended at least 24 hours in advance. However, short notice appointments may be available depending on scheduling.

No. Documents must be complete and ready for signature before notarization can be performed.

Yes. All individuals required to sign the document must be physically present and provide valid identification.

If your document requires witnesses, I can provide witness coordination for an additional fee, depending on availability.

If more than one person is signing the same document, an additional signer fee may apply per extra signer beyond the base appointment.

Payment methods include cash, card, apple pay or zelle. If you plan to pay with cash, please have exact amount as I do not carry change.
